Live wedding illustration by Sydney luxury fashion illustrator and live wedding illustrator Christine Pan. A fun, light entertainment for your event with personalised keepsakes for your guests that will make it memorable for years to come.
- All materials provided
- A5 size illustration on quality paper card with your wedding logo and date on it
- Frames available on request (added cost)
- Artist signature (optional)
- Just need a table and light refreshments
- Sydney based. Available Australia wide and International. I charge a travel fee that covers flights, accommodation, food and transportation.
- Illustrations not completed on the event are completed after the event and posted
- Opportunity for everybody at the event to have their Illustration completed as long as their picture is taken on the night
- Complimentary illustrations of the bride and groom, as well as group photoshoot illustrations of the bridal party and family commemorating the night (A4-A3 size prints or digital scans extra cost)
- Complimentary illustrations of the location and atmosphere (prints or digital scans available at extra cost)

How to book:

- pay in full receives 5% discount
- any questions prior to booking or paying the deposit, please enquire using the enquiry form below
- if you decide to add more hours for your live wedding guest illustrations, that is possible. Just simply pay the additional amount via the original booking. Pay in full discount not applicable for add on hours

Pricing:
3h booking $1320AUD
- live wedding illustration for max 30 couple drawings / 60 guests on the day, then the rest of the guests sketched in my studio
6h booking $2640AUD
- live wedding illustration for max 60 couple drawings / 120 guests on the day, then the rest of the guests sketched in my studio
After event wedding illustration rate:
$300AUD per hour - additional requested illustration, for example other groups, or remote illustrations of guests from photos provided by you
What happens after you pay the deposit:
- once deposit has been secured, a kick-off zoom meeting is included to discuss your choice of drawing style and artist materials, suitable table setup etc.
- the deposit is 50% refundable up to 2 weeks in advance and not refundable less than 2 weeks notice
- congratulations your live wedding illustrator is booked and secured for your special day. Now comes the fun part, planning things or leaving it all up to me, whichever you prefer!
